The Meadows Ribbon Cutting

June 30, 2015 - In June, the Wallick-Hendy Development, LLC, the CAO of Delaware, Madison, and Union Counties and Housing Services Alliances celebrated the grand opening of the $19 million renovated Faith Village and The Meadows in Marysville, Ohio. Faith Village offers 114 homes—8 two-bedroom garden-style homes, 106 two-bedroom townhouse homes, and 30 three- bedroom townhouse homes. The Meadows offers 102 homes—12 two-bedroom garden homes, 30 two-bedroom townhouse homes, and 60 three-bedroom townhouse homes. Both communities are situated in established residential areas in Marysville and are near employment, shopping, recreation entertainment, and dining.

Both communities feature energy efficient appliances, window treatments, central air, garbage disposals, carpet, patios and storage. Faith Village also features on-site management, a playground, and social services and activities.

Faith Village and The Meadows were developed using a combination of LowFaith Village Ribbon Cutting Income Housing Tax Credits, Tax Exempt bonds, an RTCAP loan, and an HDAP loan provided by the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, and funding through the Affordable Housing Trust of Columbus and Franklin County. Red Stone was the bond purchaser and underwriter. Equity investment was provided by Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing.
